MEET WARREN ROSS
Warren Ross also know as “Teacher Ross” is a teacher, motivational speaker, author and mindset coach know for bringing his high-energy to the class room and streets. Born in Queens NY in 1973, Warren grew up in a highly drug infested area in Jamaica, Queens where he witnessed first hand the negative effects of drugs not only on the streets but in his household.
Warren was born to teenage parents mother 16 and father 15 when they had him. Raised under the guidance of his grandparents and a strict motherly code of conduct Warren found his way out of that drug infested inner city section of Jamaica Queens. During this time, Warren’s savior was his passionate love for sports and an enforced demand for education which contributed to the achievement of a high school diploma, a bachelors degree in Sociology, and a Master’s Degree in Education.
In the final year of his bachelors degree, Warren completed an after school internship with at a middle school in SC where he was encouraged by students to be a substitute teacher. Reluctant at first, It would be the rapport established with the inner city youth that would lead Mr.Ross to become Teacher Ross after leaving SC and earning his certificate for teaching in the state of NY.
It was the 15 years in the classroom educating the future of tomorrow where the positivity for youth empowerment aka “Joy juice” Teacher Ross was originated.
“Mold your mind and build your character” is the Joy juice mantra used to empower his students to be a WeNr WeNr! Sayings used by Mr. Ross have become known as Rossisms (words designed to contribute to one’s development and growth on the road to achievement and success!!!)
Teacher Ross aim is to change the mindset of people around the globe with his WeNr WeNr mentality.
